Victoria joined the company in May 2019. She started as a project manager, and under her supervision there were only three people - a marketer and two account managers.

Victoria was an experienced employee: she worked as an account manager, organized events, held the position of the Executive Director of the Museum - in general, it was not the first time for her to organize everything. Customer service as well as remote work with the team were new to her:

«I had to learn the basics of customer service and create a product that people would love. The second difficulty was working with the team - even though I used to be the leader, I never worked seriously with the team, and it is very important to maintain motivation when working remotely».

At that time, there were only a few people in the team (2 developers and a support manager), the large-scale work was ahead to completely rewrite the service, and I had a full-time studying and a 40-hour work week.

Looking back, I don't know how, but I did it. The guys taught me everything, always helped and were there, despite the remote work and the fact that I was completely «green.

With the growth of the company and the team, we faced a lot of tasks on the issue of efficient organization of processes. In a short time it was necessary to test new tools, new approaches and build workflows on the go. I always tried to work at 120% and offer my help, so I gradually took on more and more tasks and responsibilities (not my profile), and thus grew in skills and career.

Who am I now? Billionaire, playboy, philanthropist)). But seriously, our company provides great opportunities for personal and career growth, as well as the opportunity to express yourself.

So now I am the head of the development team, mentor of junior developers, member of the expert team, and just a happy employee of a great company.

At this time, the main site and its admin part are being redesigned. The staff was small: a few developers, managers and the only marketer - me. The difficulty was that there was no clear infrastructure, many issues were discussed by email. Then I had to figure out what was happening in a short time, establish communication and look for ways to simplify interaction.

Later, we increased the marketing team, and I was transferred to a new position - the head of the marketing department. The company began to grow rapidly, there were also more projects. My tasks became more complex and, over time, I grew up to the executive director.

In our company, you can take additional training, and thanks to this, a couple of years ago I got acquainted with coaching: I learned how to use methods to achieve goals in business, and began to apply new knowledge in working with a team.

After a while, I saw the results, received feedback from colleagues and now I work as a coach at the same time - I help beginners and large entrepreneurs.

At this pace, six months later, I was transferred to the position of a marketer. I note that the rapid growth was due to the trust of the head and my interest in trying to work in different directions.

Now, after a year and a half of work, on the project and the team, I continue to do the tasks that I love very much: organizing events, developing merchandise, and working with partners and PR. I also get creative assignments for developing scripts and shooting videos. I work not only with «Guldog» but also with the «Profilance Group» brand.

I have a few more goals that are tied to growth in the company. And they are achievable too. After all, you need to work on the growth of the project and the quality of the tasks. And this is the goal of every employee of the company.

The path of development in the company turned out to be non-standard. After a 3-year maternity leave, I'm back in project management, which is awesome! Here, too, you have to constantly learn. During my year of work as a project manager, I have grown a lot in marketing and product management. Moreover, our projects (at launches) are very different: there was already a service for child psychologists, an info business, and now there is a mobile application and an accelerator platform. Every time it's like you start learning launches from scratch! This format allows both the leader and the team to grow and develop very quickly.

Now I and a marketer (there are two of us in the team) are launching 2 very large-scale and very different projects at once. We work on everything - from the product part to marketing, from financing to development. Such a creative process is not easy and exciting. I am also an external consultant and mentor for current assistants in the company. I really enjoyed my previous position, so it's great to continue to be useful in this area as well.

For more than 4 years of work in the company, I faced difficulties. There were times when work seemed to take up 100% of my time. It is difficult to distinguish between personal and work, but over time you learn this. And in «Profilance Group» it's great that the company takes care of you. Your mentor and leader really cares - you are important not only as a work unit, but also as a person.

After I successfully passed all the stages, I was hired.

At first it was very hard, then it got even harder. Then I got a partner, a year later there were even more of them. At the same time, after one of the trips, I became interested in the SCRUM framework and began to help the financial assistant. After a while, I moved away from the tasks of a personal assistant and began to work more as a financial assistant and SCRUM team master.

In my career path, I really liked the diversity of tasks, I had to do a lot of interesting things. It was necessary to organize cool events, then tasks were connected that pumped me both in career and personal terms. My life has changed, it's better. I travel more thanks to this job, for which I am very grateful to my supervisor!

That is why, when I saw a vacancy on HH.ru, I immediately sent a response, especially attracted a free work schedule in the vacancy description.

When I got to the company, I was assigned to the NyanYaryadom project, then it had just launched and there was no marketer on it. In general, then I, a marketing jun, had to build processes and learn everything from 0, together with a small team. The tasks were very diverse: launching targeted advertising, launching and coordinating SEO promotion, developing and launching your loyalty program, multiple Custdevs and market research, prototyping the site and developing the concept of your self-written site, coordinating the work of freelancers and much more. During this year, I had to understand many things, study tons of information and learn how to make the product more suitable for the client.

My competencies have grown a lot over the previous year, so I got a promotion and no longer June. With promotion comes more responsibility. So, when the project manager went on maternity leave, I took over most of her duties and coordinated all the work of the team.

I can say with absolute certainty that «Profilance Group» has changed my life. Now I can't even imagine life in the office, with a clear schedule, limited freedom and without turquoise principles. The company motivates me every day to develop, become even more professional in my field and be interested in what I do.
