My journey to «Profilance Group» began at the end of September 2017. I was then a 4th year student and had already changed several remote web studios. I came across an interesting remote work vacancy with a suitable IT stack, and big enough for me salary at that moment. To be honest, there were a lot of doubts: an entrepreneur in another city, a small team, completely remote work without an office. I was a novice developer and in some respects fell short of the requirements of the vacancy, but I decided to take a chance, thinking: «Why not?».
